Minor updates and corrections

I think I misstated the purpose of the green, orange, and red dots on the subway walls. I am told by a reliable source:

  • Green: Lined up with the guard’s position when the train is properly stopped in the station. OK to open doors when this is the case, otherwise, part of the train is in the tunnel.
  • Orange: After closing the doors, the guard is supposed to keep watch back and forth as the train leaves the station to ensure nobody is caught by the train. The orange dot marks the point where they can stop watching and should pull their own heads in to avoid nasty accidents with tunnel fixtures.
  • Red: Should be aligned with the operator’s cab at a stop.
