i have had an idea that would decrease traffic congestion east /west north/south accross ontario. i have had this idea for 20 years and shared it with a few people ,but after the sale of the 407 to outside parties decided to clam up for fear of the same happening to this. where i pay taxes to build a highway and then have to pay some people from other countries to use the highway.what should i do with my ideas before i die and they cease to exist. idea man
